I am sure some of you are wondering what is going on since you haven’t heard from me for a while. I’m still here! I am hard at work on book #6 of the Senses Novels, the conclusion to the series.
There are a lot of distractions that try to pull me away from the writing, but those are not what really slows me down. It’s the storms. Georgia has had a lot of thunderstorms recently, and I won’t write while there is lightning playing around. I unplug my computer. I have friends whose house got struck by lightning and every piece of computer equipment they had got completely fried because it was all plugged in.
While I safely store backups of the books off of the computer itself, I cannot afford to have my primary writing instrument go up in smoke. Fear not though, I am making excellent progress on the final book of the series (I think I’m somewhere between half and a third of the way through, it’s hard to tell.)
There are more storms getting ready to roll in, so I am going to sign off. I hope you all have a great weekend!
