One aspect of AURA that goes unnoticed by many is that it is a story of who we are, who we may become and who we might wish to be. Many of the people that have read the book have told me that they identify with certain characters.
This is one aim that all authors have, to get the reader into the story. It’s one of the reasons that, in my novels, you will find a mixture of narration and first person viewpoints. By letting you see through the eyes of the main character, you become a part of the story.
