In the second book of the Senses Novels series, I use one of the most horrible images of the last century to emphasize the evil of the enemy our heroes face. In the novel, I reintroduce the concentration or death camps very similar to what were used by the Nazis of World War II.
Many books over the years have used and reused these images. They are the ultimate expression of man’s inhumanity to man. While slavery (which was also a part of what happened in these camps) was a long-term degradation of the human spirit, the death camps were the culmination of it. Only a group of people so evil, so steeped in the belief of their own superiority could conceive of such a thing.
If you would like to see how these camps were used and ultimately defeated, you can purchase DULCET and the first book in the series AURA on AMAZON.
