In DULCET, the second book of the series, I try to give a clearer picture of the dystopian world that we face in the near future. This future isn’t brought about by climate change or warm, though these are contributing factors, the tomorrow envisioned here is created by mankind’s greatest enemy.
It has often been stated that we are our own worst enemy. I cannot deny that we seem to be a self-destructive lot, but somehow manage to muddle through. In the world of the Senses Novels, we are given the extra push needed to finally start our demise. Fortunately, there are a group of heroes to help prevent it. More important, this small band is also set on defeating the evil that has been plaguing us since the beginning of time.
