In TA’AM you get to meet Judith, a special little girl. Judith is the only survivor of a tragic plane wreck. She was born moments before the aircraft went down and miraculously survived, although not unscathed. Judith is severely scarred on her face and hands from burns.
The story line in TA’AM is different from the other books in that Judith’s ability, while innate to her, is also something that the ones who raise her have taught her to use. There is a twist in that her talent exceeds anything that the creatures that have raised her have ever seen or heard of.
